honestly, i think they are about the same but jasmine is just very fragrant and a bit thicker. i prefer basmati because it's a smaller grain of rice but it's perfect for cooking curries and asian dishes because it doesn't stick to the pan (or to itself) when you strain it. i prefer it with butter chicken. mmm delicious.
Which among these two rice" Basmati, jasmine" has more nutrient than the other ,and less starch?

Reply:I don't know about nutrients, but if the Jasmine rice is cooked properly, it is more flavorful with absolutely no starchy taste.
