I make my own with essential oils which you can also add even in your face and or body cream. All natural and much better than any perfume you could buy! which are all "skunk" pheromone based! and really irritate some people, especially after someone is wearing the same perfume because in just two weeks, it has been proven that they don't smell their perfume anymore and keep putting more and more on whereas the rest smell them coming from a mile and wish they could run the other way!
Is there a perfume out there that is predominantly jasmine and ylang ylang?
I don't know, but you can try Makeup Alley.com and Sephora.com for ideas.
My own suggestions?
Try Fracas, Estee Lauder's Beautiful, and anything from Boucheron or Chanel, they have beautiful scents.
Guerlain if you want to really up the ante.
