Any type of curry (Indian or Thai) is good with jasmine rice or all by itself as a side dish, like with a nice steak or a salmon fillet on the BBQ. Both can stand on their own without any type of sauce.
I'm looking for a good recipe to go with jasmine rice ....any ideas?

Reply:jasmine rice has a delicate perfume flavor and should be serve steamed by itself-if you are going to add a sauce to it dont spend the money on jasmine
