Why does most of the white plants (with the exception of jasmine)bloom at night?

This may be a question for Biology but I will answer anyway. At night, white flowers are more visible than other colors. Most are pollinated by moths. This allows them to find the flowers in low light conditions. There are many day blooming flowers besides Jasmine however.

Why does most of the white plants (with the exception of jasmine)bloom at night?
The plants that bloom at night have moths as their pollinators. Moths are attracted to white or very light yellow, which is why these plants have developed that color bloom.
