Does any one know what is floating jasmine water in THAI that use for baking?

In Thailand they have a tea that is completley made with just jasimine flowers, they use the water from this steeped beverage for rice desserts, fruits and in tea cakes.





If you cannot find it the tea can be used, I get my tea and flowers at a Chinese Herbilist in Toronto Canada, the tea componant is mild so it will not taste like tea, but if you can find the flower it is better.
