Some one told me Jasmine Sola is going out of business. True?

I absolutely love this store, and I was wondering if it was really going out of business. Anyone know why? Please add details.

I work at Jasmine Sola and YES it is being shut down =( all the stores are. It has nothing to do with a sexual harrasment scandal. New york and company bought us in July 2005 and drove us into the ground.
Reply:the whole chain is closing down because of some kind of sexual assault scandal or something like that..i'm not 100% sure..but thats what i heard on the radio a few days ago..i love the store too..but its soo expensive!
