I like personal answers, but I cannot police you so just answer away!
I have several cups of cooked Jasmine rice, what can I do with it to make it a tasty dish for dinner?
Do you like smoked salmon?
Well, it is not so healthy, as the recipe given above, but it is very tasty!
You need butter, smoked salmon and cognac.
Put a small amount of butter in the frying-pan and when it is hot enough add the salmon (sliced in thin,long pieces) and leave it just for 2-3 minutes.
Then add the cognac,let it evaporate and it is ready.
If you like, you can add some very-very thin slices of orange peel(you know, the external part)and grated green pepper.
You can offer it with a season salad and cheese.

Reply:I'm vegetarian so i eat meals like this all the time. I like to saute zucchini, yellow squash, and red bell peppers in extra virgin olive oil and garlic, garnish it with fresh parsley and serve it over the rice. It may seem like rabbit food, but its good for you so you can eat as much as you want. I usually have garlic bread on the side as well.

Reply:If you like Mexican flavours, add some pinto or black beans, chopped jalapenos, Monterey Jack cheese, etc. You could serve fresh-chopped tomatoes, guacamole and/or salsa on the side.
