Anyone knows how to care for jasmine flowers?

I have jasmine nudiflorum growing in my zone 6 garden for several years, it is yellow and blooms in January. Likes full sun, and is winter hardy. Is this the one you are talking about? Can you be more specific about the variety?

Anyone knows how to care for jasmine flowers?
Yes i do, anyways you can plant it outside if you want and will come back every single year and they have a life span of 20 years and they will keep multiplying and they love full sun and make sure to put it in a soil that is high in nutritionnal value. If you want to keep it in a pot in the house you can but make sure it is in a window that receives alot of sunlight and make sure to water it when the soil is dry to the touch, you can tell by putting your finger 2-3 inches in the soil and if it is dry water and if it is not do not. Multiplication: These plants can be multiplied by cutting of a stem and putting it in water and in about 2 weeks there will be roots forming and repot it in the same kind of pot that the mother is in and make sure to put it in the same kind of soil, they multiply quickly and make sure to put in some rocks in the bottom for drainage so it does not get root rot and add some perlite.
Reply:Which type? If it's Jasminum nudiflorum , it needs a bit of a chill period to bloom . Try putting it someplace cool (50's)

for awhile , 'til buds form

If it's Jasminum sambac ('Maid of Orleans'?), it blooms continuously, but much more heavily in summer .

In either case , the biggest trouble, indoors,is lack of humidity . Fill a saucer, much wider than the plant , with stones . Filll it with water . Set the pot on top of the stones . Keep soil moist, but not wet , fertilize , 1/2 strength , every 2-3 weeks . They need as much light as possible .
