(Orange Jasmine) hedge plants , how fast , tall do they grow ?

Planning to plant Murraya Paniculata (Orange Jessamine) hedge plants , as a hedge in Sydney Australia. The plants are 30 cms tall, how long will it take to grow to approx.100 cms ? Is autumn ( now in the Southern Hemispehere) a good time to plant these ?

Any useful tip is appreciated, thanks.

Well, unable to find anything really specific on how quickly it will attain 100cms, but here are a couple of things: "The shrub is well-suited to shearing into a formal hedge or screen and can take on a boxwood-like effect in a formal garden. Plant three to four feet apart for a hedge. However, rapid growth rate while plants are young assures that numerous shearings will be needed throughout the growing season. Growth slows with age."

Orange Jasmine can be planted in fall or spring in zones 7, 8, or 9. I think you'll do well to plant now.
