How to prepare jasmine tea that is served at chinese restaurant.can any one help me. thank you?

Preparing Jasmine tea is similar to preparing most Chinese tea.

If u r using tea bags, just put one tea bag into your cup and pour boiling water into it. Pour the first round of water away. Pour the next round of boiling water into your cup and let the tea stand for a minute or so. Remove the tea bag. Your jasmine tea is ready to be served.

If u have tea leaves, put a teaspoon or two of tea leaves into your teapot. Pour boiling water into it n discard the first round for rinsing your cups. Pour the next lot of boiling water into your teapot, let it stand for a while n u r ready to serve the tea.

It is advisable to pour the tea into another teapot or container n serve from this teapot. Do not let the tea leaves be soaked for too long in the serving teapot as it may become too concentrated n bitter.

Enjoy!!!

If you want the same stuff, go to any oriental market and you'll find it. Usually its in a yellow tin and it says Jasmine Tea.

Its very inexpensive and it goes a long way.

Its loose leaf so you'll need a filter for it. Also be sure not to steep too long or it will taste bitter. Use about 1 teaspoon per serving. It can also be steeped at least 2 or 3 times.
Reply:Jasmin tea bag, hot water...good to go!
